Darryl Flaherty, CEO and Director
Darryl Flaherty has won numerous awards in his career in Real Estate. Darryl committed seven years to one of Australia's biggest building companies and being recognised as one of the best salesmen for the company and accross Australia. Darryl then started a partnership in a private building company which was extremely successful and, after seven years, Darryl saw new opportunities in Joondalup and formed Brooke Stone Real Estate.
Darryl has been a huge influence on the development of Joondalup City with over 37 houses being built by his company through very successful syndicated developments.
Darryl, as the CEO of Brooke Stone is the cornerstone of the company. In addition to this running of the company, writing articles for the newsletter, researching new opportunities for the company and marketing and advertising, Darryl is now heading up a new and exciting syndicated projects for investors.

Lesley Flaherty, Director and Licensee
Lesley's motto has always been "I don't want to be a typical real estate agent". Lesley has instilled in Brooke Stone her own set of values - that everyone is equal and should be treated with kindness and respect. This attitude and friendliness is reflected in the way we do business with all our clients.
Lesley started the company with her husband Darryl as a small organisation with a few houses to manage. Lesley provided student accommodation and become a good friend and mother figure to international students coming to Australia. Over the years the company has grown to accommodate more students, tenants, sales and always maintaining the strong focus on service.
Lesley, as licensee, has completed in-depth study and qualifications to operate a Real Estate company. At Brooke Stone, Lesley is the overall manager of the company and ensures Brooke Stone complies with the legislative requirements of REBA and REIWA, is a client liaison and loves to chat to anyone.

Laura Flaherty, Operations Manager
Laura has been a dedicated member of the Brooke Stone team for the last five years. Having lived in the Netherlands for a couple of years, working as a computer programmer, Laura returned to Australia to study Marketing and Advertising at Curtin University when she joined the family company at Brooke Stone Real Estate.
Laura's role has changed over the years and now she oversees the operations of the company, with a strong focus on marketing and advertising, sales and assisting Darryl (CEO) where required.
Laura has a strong knowledge of property management, excellence in sales and strong marketing and advertising background.

John Cowan, Property Sales Consultant
John has a dedication to sales envied by other associates, his "laid back" style has shown proven results bringing Brooke Stone back to the fore in property sales.
John has had 11 years of experience selling a wide range of residential property developments.
His career highlight to date was being the sole sales person at Mounts Bay Village Perth CBD which consisted of 410 units. In the three month period prior to John commencing at Mounts Bay Village only 3 sales had been achieved.
During his first 3 month period John achieved 36 sales without reduction in price INCREDIBLE!
John has won a number of awards including outstanding success in project marketing sales and 2 platinum sales awards.
John has lived in Iluka and Joondalup for the last 4 years, and is now looking forward with much enthusiasm to selling "your" residential home.

Viv Holm, Property Investment Manager
Viv has been involved within the Brooke Stone team for the past 4 years and is well versed in lodger-student accommodation needs, Viv is a qualified property manager who is also currently undertaking further study in certificate 4 for property management and is our resident expert for students and lodgers when they need advice on the rules and requirements to rent joint accommodation.
Viv has a wealth of knowledge gained by dealing with all types of clients ranging from senior academics and their students to medical professionals, Police recruits and Mining Personnel.

Connie Wilson, Property Investment Manager
Connie joined Brooke Stone after arriving from a career in the U.K. conducting Commercial management, Connie has completed her Property management course and is now assisting families-tenants and new arrives to find suitable residential rental accommodation. Connie is currently enhancing her skills by undertaking certificate 3 in Property Management.

Alison is the person at the face of our operation, our receptionist. Alison's personality shines through to all our clients, they always comment how helpful and courteous Alison has been.

Jo Stewart, Accounts Manager
Jo is the longest serving member of Brooke Stone Real Estate, having commenced working on a casual basis in 2000, after the birth of her first child.
Jo has a very strong background in accounts and has always worked with Brooke Stone to ensure all accounting procedures are completed correctly and accurately.
Jo has watched the company grow and develop and is instrumental to ensuring the accounts department runs smoothly and effectively with well designed systems implemented. Jo has endless patience and always willing to help.

Robyn McKay, Accounts Team
Robyn has worked for over 25 years (very remarkable for someone who looks so young) after completing a business diploma at College. Robyn’s passion is with her family, work (naturally) and watching sport.
Robyn joined the Brooke Stone team in August 2007 and has never looked back, appreciating the uniqueness of her work environment. With her dedication to the job, positive work atmosphere and great level of skills, Brooke Stone is thrilled to have Robyn as part of the team.

Norma Philips, Accounts Team
Norma has an incredible history, working for 26 years at Ric Harts as the Administration Manager for Ocupational Health and Safety where she looked after 12 stores and the warehouse.
With her incredible skills, Brooke Stone is very excited that Norma has joined our accounts department and she is a great asset to our team. Working Part time and commencing in June 2009, Norma is a great team member and very flexible.
