Furnished Accommodation

of Brooke Stone Real Estate’s holiday accommodation is fully furnished and equipped including

-          Fridge

-          Washing machine

-          Dryer (in some)

-          Dishwasher (in some)

-          Lounge suites

-          Television & DVD player

-          Dining table and chairs

-          Crockery & cutlery

-          Pots and Pans

-          Beds, bedside tables and lamps

-          Vacuum cleaners, irons & ironing boards.

The place is fully equipped with everything you need in a fully self contained apartment.

Linen is not supplied.

Furnished Studio Apartments

Studio’s are a fantastic way to enjoy luxurious accommodation with minimal fuss.

Studio apartments are located at the rear of a property with a private entrance. Fully self contained these apartments generally have a separate bedroom (although a few are open plan) and a living area plus a self contained kitchen.

A studio apartment is compact and the perfect way to spend a holiday, especially on a budget.

An Open Plan studio is when the lounge and the bedroom area are one room – there is no wall dividing the room into two.

A separate bedroom studio apartment is when a wall creates a division between the bedroom and the living areas.

Furnished Apartments

One, two and three bedroom apartments are available for rent.

These apartments are located from Joondalup to Currambine to Clarkson and offer exclusive, fully furnished accommodation in a resort style apartment complex.

Most apartments have swimming pool facilities and some have a gymnasium.

Furnished Houses

A house is a free standing home and can either be a townhouse or a standard single story home.

Most houses located in Joondalup City have very minimal garden and have walls next to the property next door in terraced style housing.

Houses outside of Joondalup City generally have a larger block and offer gardens a lawn to tend. Some houses are also equipped with a swimming pool – perfect for summer.

Furnished Room Rentals (lodgers)

Room rental accommodation is designed so people can live in a large, luxurious home with all the amenities supplied – but without the high rent bill.

Room rentals are in fully furnished houses (everything provided) and a person rents a room and shares access to the common areas.

All rooms have a privacy lock and house mates are chosen with personal compatibility in mind.

House Rules apply to assist lodgers in getting along and maintaining the property.

6 weekly cleaning of the common areas is provided as well as semi-annual floor and window cleaning.

Unfurnished Accommodation

Brooke Stone Real Estate also provides unfurnished accommodation as a standard tenancy agreement.

Unfurnished Houses

Brooke Stone has a range of houses available for rent from small 3 bedroom houses to large 7 bedroom homes.

Prices range to suit a variety of budgets and needs.

Unfurnished Apartments

With the growth in the population and people looking for easy care properties an apartment is a great option.
