Banksia Grove

This is a lovely suburb nestled North of the River in a rapidly developing area. With shops close by this suburb is a fantastic place to live


Butler

A wonderful suburb to live in -  Butler or (Brighton) has it is known is a recently established suburb. 

It was named to honour John Butler who was the first recorded explorer of the area in 1834.

At present there are 4 schools in Bulter.

There are a few shops such as a florist - lovely cafe - supermarket .

There are many lovely parks for the kids to play in or just for a nice stroll


Clarkson

Clarkson is a suburb of Perth located within the City Of  Wanneroo, and it has emerged as the commercial centre of the outer northern suburbs beyond Joondalup since the mid - 1990s.   In October 2004 it became the terminus of the main northern railway line around which the Somerly estate is being built by Urban Pacific.  There is also the fabulous Ocean Keys Shopping Centre (built in 2001)  An excellant library (built in 2005).  A nice friendly  Tavern called The Whale and Ale. 

It is a lovely suburb to live in.

Edgewater

Beautiful and established, this quiet suburb overlooking the Lake and state park has a lot of appeal.

Joondalup

Close to the coast and taking advantage of a major shopping complex, educational establishments and a great transport system, this suburb is rapidly developing.


Joondalup City

Established in 1990 this is the second largest city in Perth (the largest being Perth City).

Joondalup has been developed as an educational hub for higher learning academies.  Built around two major universities, a major shopping centre and entertainment complex.

Joondalup City is close to everything - offers a free bus transport system and a great train facility running to Perth approx every 15 minutes.


Mindarie

A medeterranean style viallge built around a fishing harbour.  Every amenity you would expect from to coastal suburb which is growing quickly in value.

 


Pearsall

This is a fairly new suburb, having been approved in 1994 - prior to that the area was part of wanneroo.  It is a great location for the more mature population and offers great homes, friendly neighbours and a great place to live.


Quinns Rocks

Lovely surburb -  with excellant beaches.

Nice shopping centre - only a few minutes drive to Joondalup City Centre.


Tapping

Relatively new suburb with excellent schools.
