Fully furnished luxury houses and apartments rented by the room and studios rented separately in Joondalup City North.
Share Accommodation
These properties are townhouses or apartments that allow 3 – 6 people to live together, but with individual privacy. Each occupant has their own separate lockable bedroom and share kitchen, lounge, laundry, dining and outdoor facilities. Rooms are available with a share bathroom and others have their own private ensuite.
Studio
Studios are fabulous, compact fully self contained apartments located above the garage of a property. Studios have their own kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom areas – some are open plan and some have a separate bedroom. These studios are ideal for a single or couple who do not wish to share facilities.
Apartments
Top of the market furnished 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are available for rental. Located in secure complexes – some with gymnasium and swimming pool provided.
Fully Furnished
All the accommodation is generous in size, fully furnished with quality products to provide comfort to the residents. Everything is provided from washing machines, fridges, microwaves, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, televisions, lounge and dining suites double beds (some singles available), study desks and more.
All you need to bring is your sheets, towels, consumables and personal items.
Unfurnished
Unfurnished apartments and studios are available for people requiring accommodation and wish to provide their own furniture.

Prices listed are for one person only occupying the room. A second person sharing the room will incur a cost of $25 per week.
* All prices include an allowance towards amenities (gas, water & electricity and six weekly cleaning of uncarpeted common areas – conditions apply). Price may differ and is based on size, location & facilities & subject to availability. Minimum one semester (determined by Brooke Stone).
A surcharge is applicable for shorter lease periods. If an additional bed is required (twin share) additional costs will be applicable.
Upfront Costs
When you move in you are required to pay:
Bond: Equivalent to four weeks rent
Administration Fee: One week rent
Rent: Two weeks in advance
Mattress Protector: $20 (compulsory)
